- Comment: Michael McPherson with Frontier Restoration was a godsend! Awakened to a day of chaos due to a frozen pipe that burst, despite my due diligence and all my winterizing preparations! Nothing can prepare you for water pouring from your ceiling, ruining so much of your home. Michael responded immediately after contacted, showed up at my doorstep in less than two hours, and had his crew at my house shortly thereafter. They were all professional, compassionate, friendly, and accommodating. Michael explained everything in detail, offering elaboration and clarification when needed, and after I accepted his recommendations and estimate for the work, he wasted no time! His crew brought in their equipment, set everything up to start the dry-out process, and started pulling out soaked insulation from my attic immediately. Michael and his crew communicated with me throughout the process, and their knowledge and expertise were exactly what I needed for reassurance and peace of mind. They were a blessing in my troublesome times. Thank you, Michael and your entire Frontier crew!
